Cedar Crest Ice Cream Flavor Creation Contest
This year’s contest opens September 1, 2024, so start creating your flavor!
Cedar Crest Ice Cream, of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation have teamed up again to present the “Cedar Crest Ice Cream 4-H Flavor Creation Contest” for Wisconsin 4-H clubs.
All Wisconsin 4-H clubs are eligible to submit their idea for a new ice cream flavor, along with a flavor description and interesting flavor name. Entries are accepted September 1, 2024, through November 15, 2024.

Pesobic Pathfinders 4-H Club, Lincoln County (Merrill, WI)

The winning flavor, Paul Bunyan, features vanilla bean ice cream with double dipped pretzel “logs”, maple syrup, and swirls of Butterfinger “sawdust”. Paul Bunyan will be produced by Cedar Crest for the 2024 summer season as a Feature Flavor for the month of July.

Flavor: Peanut Butter Brownie Boom (vanilla ice cream with brownie pieces and swirls of peanut butter sauce)

Lakeview 4-H Club, Ozaukee County (Fredonia, WI)
Flavor: Oreo Cheesecake (vanilla ice cream with a ripple of hot fudge and pieces or oreos and cheesecake mixed in)

Flavor: Wake Me Up (vanilla ice cream with chocolate and caramel syrup swirl, brownie pieces and coffee flavor bursts)

Flavor: Heavenly Cheesecake (cheesecake ice cream with white chocolate chunks, raspberry and Graham cracker swirl)
